What is your Return Policy
The Nahas Girls accept returns on selected merchandise and or defective merchandise. The merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered. Merchandise purchased online and shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (The Nahas Girls E gift card) within 15 DAYS from the order was delivered. Please refer to the return portal to begin the return process. If you have any questions, please contact us at contact@thenahasgirls.com
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

The customer is responsible for shipping back the return.

Orders CANNOT be changed or modified after checkout.
Hawaii/Alaska/Puerto Rico & PO Boxes:
• Please note all orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico will be subject to additional charges. We will send you an invoice once the order has been completed for additional shipping costs.• Please note all PO Boxes will be subject to additional shipping charges. Defective Items:
• Please contact customer care (contact@thenahasgirls.com) within 3 DAYS to inform us of the defective materials. If notice is not received within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. A photo of the damage/defect must be included with your email.
• The Nahas Girls are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
• The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
How long does it take to process the return?
• Please allow up to 5-10 business days once item is received. You will receive an email confirmation with an e-credit gift card once the return is complete.
The Nahas Girls are not responsible for:
• Delays, lost, damaged, or undeliverable items with US Postal Service

Wrong Address Disclaimer:
• The buyer is responsible to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Any changes, corrections, or cancellations regarding the shipping address, please contact us immediately via email (contact@thenahasgirls.com)
• If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
• All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

What is a sublimation print?
Sublimation is a method of printing that transfers a design into a material and or fabric using a specific ink and heat.
Bleaching variations.
All shirts are made to order. They are all hand bleached. No two items will be exact but will be as close to photo shown as possible.
Tee color out of stock?
There are times where a certain tee color is sold out and we are not able to get it. If this should happen we will email you. We will give you another shirt color option, you can wait until color comes back in stock or we can refund you.

When will my order Ship?
We have free shipping on all orders. All orders will be shipped by USPS First Class. Allow 3 - 5 business days to receive your order on merchandise that is not Made to Order. For Made to Order merchandise allow 3 - 4 weeks for shipping from purchase date. This is a processing time. This does NOT include shipping time/delay(s) from USPS.
